phdream.com's total aggregate liability to You for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You into Your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdream.com makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
phdream.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds in Your Account will be forfeited. Real money balances remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to phdream.com will be returned to You via Your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and anti-money laundering checks.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of Your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Your use of the Platform, You agree to first contact phdream.com's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
